Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

Sanitation Towel respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will respond to claims of copyright infringement committed using the site that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe that content on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our copyright agent that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material on this site that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other sufficient information to allow us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone, and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If material you posted was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district.

Repeat infringers

Sanitation Towel will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

Misrepresentations

Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
